In our own words…

We’ve worked together as a creative team for more than 20 years, on branding and communication projects with clients across the world. Unusually, we work across all types of communication: advertising, B2B, corporate and internal communications. The way we see it, every single piece of communication is about people, whether it’s helping employees through a difficult change or telling the world about a new sustainability initiative.

Our business model is unusual too. Not for us the labyrinthine layers of the typical agency. We’ve been there and it was frustrating. We operate as an independent strategic creative team, bringing together the right professionals for each project. This means we are lean, agile and competitive on costs; able to meet each client’s exact needs, with no wastage.

We have a huge amount of experience in seeing projects through from concept to execution, creating the simplest, most beautiful, most human solutions. As the saying goes: ‘Tell me and I will forget, show me and I may remember, involve me and I will understand.’ Everything we do is about involving people, not just in a tokenistic way, but in a way that genuinely benefits them.

We’re very flexible in terms of the projects we work on, but we are at our best on those that begin and end with the brand. We like to get inside the heads and hearts of our clients to pin down and then bring out the essence of the brand – its character, its look and feel, how it talks, its favourite colour, what it likes for breakfast. Then we make sure all this shines through at every communications touchpoint.
