Temple Spa, a British-based luxury skincare business, was struggling to find a voice that would speak to the world with the same passion and integrity as the company’s people. Our challenge was to refresh the brand and weave the new brand voice into all communications.
Alongside a review of the existing communications and a competitor analysis, we spent time with the company’s founders and other members of the team. We listened to how they talked about the business; their successes, their challenges, their principles, their plans and their goals.
This insight into their heads and hearts formed the basis of our brand strategy and creative approach. We worked closely with the Temple Spa team to refine the strategy and the approach, arriving together at the brand essence of ‘beautifully human’. We’re now working closely together to bring this to life at every brand touch point.
